Returns Policy

At Trey Marino's Central Florist & Gifts, we strive to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell 100% and want both every customer and recipient of one of our products to be pleased with what is delivered.

Part of our belief in customer satisfaciton is being willing to make a situation right. If ever there is a problem with your flowers or the delivery, just let us know about it so that we can help.

Our first course of action is to replace or upgrade and arrangement if something has not been satisfactory with the flowers. Our second offer depending on the circumstances would be to offer an in-store credit towards a future purchase, credit back a delivery or respond appropriately whatever the circumstances may be to be fair.

If we have exhausted all avenues of trying to fairly rectify the situation and can do nothing more, we will fully refund the sale of the flowers.
